This is the Southernmost City of the U.S!

Use the city of Key West map to guide yourself around the town. US 1 will end as you enter Key West and then you have to decide whether to go north or South Roosevelt Blvd and find the streets that will take you to your destination.

If you go south you go toward the airport, the beaches, the Sheraton Hotel ,the Southernmost Point of the USA, Fort Zachary Taylor, Truman Annex and other places of interest on the city.

If you go north on Roosevelt you could go straight to NAS, Sigsbee Park, Parrot Key Resort and through a series of mid town streets get to the Old Town attractions like Mallory Square, Duval Street, the Old Port and more.

Driving in the city could be a little more complicated since is a larger and more populated city than the rest of The Florida Keys.

But ether way is not a difficult to drive around town.

Tip...What I like to do is write down on a separate piece of paper the directions, streets names, etc from the Key West map and just fallow as I go.

In a few hours you could get familiar with this friendly town.

Tip!...There are two streets where you can get free parking near most of the major attractions on the Old Town.

Free Parking Zones.

  • Simonton Street.

But free parking might be too difficult to find on weekends or on the high season.
