We are at the Christ of the Deep in Key Largo!

Nothing compares to scuba diving in the warm waters south of the Florida State. I have been diving here for years now! The reefs at the area of the Pennekamp Underwater Park Marine Sanctuary near Key Largo, the Marathon's Meddle Reefs and Looey Key near Big Pine are my favorites of all.

But there is a particular dive site that I keep visiting so often, “The Jesus of the Deep”, famous for what it is, a 9' toll statue of "Jesus" under water, and not only for divers, it is good for snorkeling as well, because the water is not to deep, I would say 20' to 15' at the most.

I can't describe the feeling I got when I am here. I was impressed and emotional by the feeling of peace and serenity that surrounds this dive site the first time that I visited. The "sculptura"(sculpture) is  there with his open arms in the blue and turquoise background has something to say to you! Peace and Love for all. You feel blessed! Join in and write your own page!
